Asimismo, tuvo como objetivo general Determinar la calidad de sentencias de primera y segunda instancia sobre tráfico ilícito de drogas; expediente N° 02964-2020-1-3207-jr-pe-04; Distrito judicial de Lima este-San Juan De Lurigancho, 2024 La metodología es de tipo, cuantitativo y cualitativo, teniendo un diseño de investigación, no experimental, retrospectiva y transversal. Para la población y muestra se ha identificado que la población sería la totalidad de expedientes judiciales en materia penal en el Perú, porque pertenece a la totalidad de unidades de análisis posibles. De esta población se han seleccionado los expedientes del distrito judicial de Lima este como muestra. Seguidamente se tiene que de estos se seleccionó un expediente, de manera intencional, siendo una unidad de análisis el expediente N° 02964-2020-1-3207-JR-PE-04 elegido mediante muestreo por conveniencia. Para recolectar los datos a través del que se obtendrá la información importante sobre la variable en estudio se utiliza el instrumento de la lista de cotejo, como también las técnicas de observación y análisis de contenido; Los resultados revelaron que la calidad de la parte expositiva, considerativa y resolutiva, pertenecientes a: la sentencia de primera instancia fue de rango: alta; y de la sentencia de segunda instancia: muy alta. Se concluyó, que la calidad de las sentencias de primera y de segunda instancia, fueron de rango alta y muy alta respectivamente.
