Analyzes the problem of teaching performance of the I.E. N° 1230 “Sulpicio García Peñaloza” – Viña Alta seeking the comprehensive transformation of teachers, highlighting the domains: preparation for student learning and teaching for student learning. A transformational leadership program will be designed emphasizing professional growth, permanent motivation, confidence and leading by example. Likewise, we will implement techniques and actions to achieve the empowerment of I.E teachers, with the resources, budget and sources of financing.
