La población a investigar estuvo constituida por 250 usuarios de la Agencia Agraria, la muestra fue determinada de manera probabilística obteniendo un resultado de 151 personas. Para recolectar los datos respecto al comportamiento de las variables Gestión Administrativa y Calidad de Servicio, se utilizó como técnica de recolección de datos la encuesta y como instrumento de recolección de datos se empleó un cuestionario el cual estuvo formado por 18 ítems con escala de valoración de Likert.

It has a quantitative approach, is applied type, correlational level and non-experimental design. The population of research was constituted by 250 users of the Agrarian Agency; the sample was determined in a probabilistic way obtaining a result of 151 people. We used the Survey as a data collection technique and a questionnaire as a data collection instrument, to collect data regarding the two variables, Management and Quality of Service.
