La valoración aplicada mediante taxonomía NANDA, presenta 4 diagnósticos problemas reales y 3 de riesgo. La planificación se desarrolla en base de cubrir satisfactoriamente sus necesidades ante una autoevaluación poder afrontarlas de manera adecuada para que no conlleven a alterar la salud del trabajador.
