description El título del trabajo de investigación se denomina “Formalización de Bienes Inmuebles que solo cuentan con Certificado y/o Constancia de Posesión”, se comienza exponiendo un cuestionamiento de la naturaleza de este tipo de contratas ¿ Cómo al realizar un documento denominado Transferencia de Posesión, se viola el fin supremo del derecho real de propiedad, afectando directamente los intereses de las personas que es solamente poseedor de un bien inmueble, limitándolo para realizar cualquier tipo de acciones. En este trabajo de investigación se propone una posible solución al un tema de propeidades informales que atañe a casi la mitad de la población peruana, que solo cuentan con certificados o constancias de posesión emitidos por el presidente de la comunidad a la cual perteneces o el Juez de Paz del sector donde habitan, para lo cual se propone una interrelación activa entre las instituciones que intervienen y tienen facultades para poder hacer realidad este anhelo deseado por millones de propietarios informales; esta instancias son: Notaría Pública, COFOPRI, Municipalidades provinciales y distritales.
