El método que se utilizó fue hipotético-deductivo no experimental de corte transversal usando como instrumento el inventario de Maslach para luego manifestar la existencia de estrés laboral nivel moderado, ahora bien se obtuvo los resultados tomando una muestra censal de 60 técnicos asistenciales a continuación se llevó a cabo el procesamiento y presentación de resultados con la aplicación del programa de SPSS y su respectiva interpretación análisis , discusión de resultados, conclusiones y recomendaciones; finalmente se realizó una propuesta del programa de intervención con ocho sesiones.
