El instrumento que se utilizó para la evaluación fue Inventario de Depresión Beck II- (BDI-II) adaptado al Perú. La información fue procesada mediante el programa SPSS 24 aplicado a 50 internas, el instrumento cuenta con tres dimensiones. Área cognitiva nos revela como resultado nivel bajo 1%, nivel promedio 36%, nivel alto 12% y nivel muy alto 50%. Área afectiva/emocional nos da como resultado en el nivel bajo 10%, promedio 90%, y en el Área físico/conductual en el nivel bajo 1%, nivel promedio 36%, nivel alto 12% y nivel muy alto 50%. Es evidente que el índice de depresión en las internas es muy alto. Debido que el personal de área de tratamiento en los penales no se abastece ya que muchos padecen de trastornos psicológicos y emocionales como la depresión.

Which was used for the evaluation was Depression Inventory Beck II- (BDI-II) adapted to Peru. In Lima sur Espinoza in 2016, the information was processed through the SPSS 24 program applied to 50 inmates. The instrument has three dimensions. Cognitive area reveals as a result low level 1%, average level 36%, high level 12% and very high level 50%. Affective / Emotional area gives us as a result in the low level 10%, average 90%, high level 0% and very high 0% and in the Physical / Behavioral Area in the low level 1%, average level 36%, high level 12 % and very high level 50%. It is evident that the index of depression in the internal ones has a very high level.
