Y dos específicos que son: uno evaluar los servicios turísticos brindados en el cerro san Cristóbal en el distrito del Rímac y el otro evaluar la infraestructura en el cerro San Cristóbal en el distrito del Rímac. La técnica utilizada fue una encuesta personal o face to face, en la cual se utilizó un cuestionario de 10 preguntas las cuales fueron dicotómicas y politómicas. En este trabajo se pudo concluir que la seguridad es muy escasa, pues solo hay en algunas partes del cerro y no es la suficiente como para que los visitantes se sientan seguros
