En cuanto al objetivo general del trabajo de investigación fue establecer si la prueba testimonial en el delito de aborto, incidirá en la decisión final del juez. Además, el tipo de investigación fue explicativo y el nivel aplicativo; con relación a la población objeto de estudio estuvo constituida por el Colegio de Abogados de Lima (CAL) y la muestra fue de 264 Abogados hábiles con un muestreo probalístico de probabilidad del 95% de confianza y con un margen de error de 6%

Regarding the general objective of the research work was to establish whether the testimonial evidence in the crime of abortion, will affect the final decision of the judge.
