description La investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la relación del proceso Contencioso Administrativo con el derecho a la tutela jurisdiccional efectiva en la Corte Superior de Lima. Se utilizó para alcanzar dicho objetivo el método descriptivo y un diseño no experimental, asimismo la población objeto estuvo constituida por 390 personas, entre Jueces de la Corte Superior de Lima y abogados especializados en el tema de Derecho Administrativo. Al calcular el tamaño de la muestra se trabajó finalmente con 194 personas. En cuanto al instrumento de recolección de datos tenemos a la encuesta que constó de 15 ítems de tipo cerrado, los mismos que se presentaron en cuadros en donde se calcularon las frecuencias y porcentajes, complementándose con el análisis e interpretación de los resultados, lo cual nos permitió contrastar las hipótesis. Finalmente se concluyó que el proceso Contencioso Administrativo se relaciona positivamente con el derecho a la tutela jurisdiccional efectiva en la Corte Superior de Lima; debido a que los resultados de las hipótesis estadísticas fueron estadísticamente significativas con la prueba no paramétrica de Correlación de Spearman; en ese sentido la hipótesis general nula fue rechazada.

The descriptive method and a non-experimental design were used to reach this objective. The target population was also composed of 390 people, including judges of the Superior Court of Lima and lawyers specialized in the subject of Administrative Law. When calculating the sample size, we finally worked with 194 people. As for the data collection instrument, the survey consisted of 15 closed-type items, the same ones that were emptied into tables where the frequencies and percentages were calculated, complemented by the analysis and interpretation of the results, which Allowed to contrast the hypotheses.
