description El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar qué relación existe entre la inteligencia emocional y la resolución de conflictos en docentes del Nivel Inicial de la Red Educativa N°10 de San Juan de Lurigancho, 2020. Su metodología de la investigación fue tipo aplicada, de diseño no experimental y de corte trasversal. Nivel correlacional, de enfoque cuantitativo y método hipotético deductivo. La población de estudio fue censal, conformada por 33 docentes. La técnica de investigación fue la encuesta y el instrumento de recolección de datos fue el cuestionario para ambas variables. La presente investigación respecto al objetivo general, demuestra que existe una relación directa entre la inteligencia emocional y la resolución de conflictos en docentes del nivel inicial de la Red Educativa N° 10 de San Juan de Lurigancho, 2020; siendo que el coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman de 0.802, demostró una alta asociación entre las variables, además de ser la correlación positiva.
