description La presente investigación aportó al Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible N.º 3: “Salud y bienestar”, al interpretar la calidad de atención sanitaria integral desde la vivencia del personal militar con discapacidad en una entidad castrense de Lima durante el año 2025. El objetivo general fue comprender dicha percepción en relación con la infraestructura, acceso a medicamentos, inclusión institucional y oportunidades de capacitación. Se trató de un estudio cualitativo, de tipo básico, con diseño fenomenológico hermenéutico. Los participantes fueron militares en condición de discapacidad, y se emplearon entrevistas semiestructuradas. Los hallazgos revelaron un sistema de atención fragmentado, inequitativo y condicionado por jerarquías institucionales, donde el acceso a servicios médicos y medicamentos estuvo limitado por el rango militar y el desinterés estructural. Se evidenció que la falta de empatía profesional y el deterioro de infraestructura reforzaron la sensación de abandono. En conclusión, la atención sanitaria no solo se mostró insuficiente, sino desvinculada del principio de dignidad, lo cual exige una reforma organizacional con enfoque humano, inclusivo y éticamente responsable.
