Por tal motivo el objetivo de este proyecto es optimizar el aumento de la tasa de resolución de consultas mediante un chatbot y el nivel de eficacia mediante la implementación de un sistema web. Se utilizo el diseño preexperimental junto con el método aplicado cuantitativo. Se revisaron 20 registros que fueron elegidos mediante muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia. Se utilizaron formularios de registro como herramientas para la recolección de datos, los cuales fueron verificados por especialistas antes de ser examinado mediante el SPSS Statistics V.26. Los hallazgos mostraron un aumento significativo del 50.91% en la tasa de resolución de consultas y una mejora del 47.76% en el nivel de eficacia. Finalmente, se logra concluir que la implementación del sistema web y chatbot demostró la mejora de los procesos fundamentales con el aumento de atenciones de clientes, simplificación de actividades y la información disponible para la toma de decisiones.
