description La investigación "El derecho fundamental a limitar el derecho a la impugnación frente a la tutela judicial anticipada en el Proceso de alimentos, 2023" tiene como objetivo analizar la implementación del derecho fundamental a limitar el ejercicio del derecho a la impugnación en el marco de la tutela judicial anticipada en el Proceso de Alimentos en el año 2023. Para llevar a cabo este análisis, se empleó una metodología cuantitativa con un carácter básico, transaccional, enfoque transversal y diseño descriptivo. Los principales resultados de la investigación indican que, según las respuestas de los participantes a las preguntas 9 y 10, existe una percepción mayoritariamente positiva hacia la implementación de la limitación del derecho a la impugnación en el Proceso de Alimentos. Por lo que se concluye que la limitación del derecho a la impugnación como una medida que podría mejorarla eficiencia en la prestación de servicios públicos y fortalecer la disponibilidad de recursos económicos para los beneficiarios del Proceso de Alimentos.
