description La presente tesis analizó la remuneración mínima vital y el mercado laboral del Perú en el periodo 2009 – 2019, se subdivide al mercado laboral en tres dimensiones a estudiar: desempleo, subempleo y empleo informal. El estudio se realizó a nivel nacional, siendo la PEA del 2009 – al 2019 la población de la tesis. Por el cual, se obtuvieron los datos a través de fuentes secundarias como el INEI y el BCRP. Los datos obtenidos fueron procesados en EXCEL y STATA 14, teniendo como objetivo medir la relación de ambas variables, a través de un análisis de correlación entre la remuneración mínima vital y el mercado laboral del Perú; para analizar, las tendencias y las tasas del: desempleo, subempleo y mercado informal ante una variación en la remuneración mínima vital durante un periodo de 11 años. La investigación fue de tipo aplicada, alcance correlaciones y diseño no experimental – longitudinal. Se concluyó que se rechaza la hipótesis la hipótesis nula, ya que la remuneración mínima vital se correlaciona de manera directa.
