Decide construir su primer centro de distribución en Lurín, en el año 2016. El CD Atlantis, al ser un Empresa nueva está pasando por algunos problemas operativos en varias áreas, ante esta situación, se aplicó en el área de recepción importado las herramientas de Lean Manufacturing de las 5´S, Kaizen y Estandarización. El objetivo principal de esta investigación es, determinar como la Aplicación de Herramientas Lean Manufacturing incrementara la productividad en el Centro de Distribución Sodimac Perú S.A. Lurín, 2018. Al ir evaluando cada proceso del área de recepción importado, se fue encontrando varios problemas que al ir analizándose, se llegó implementar las herramientas necesarias y correctas para dar solución ante estos inconvenientes. Como resultado de la implementación, obtuvimos un incremento en la productividad de 0.435, la eficacia en 0.091 y la eficiencia en 0.322. A su vez, el tiempo de inicio de operación se redujo en un 0.50.
