Asimismo el derecho de anticresis es una garantía real que es una figura jurídica compleja por su formalidad; pocas veces usada en lima por la poca información que se conoce o poco usual en la sociedad sin embargo buscaremos entender, analizar, otorgar una opinión sobre ello que debe ser aprovechada por nuestro sistema jurídico. Con respecto a la extensión de cosas muebles registrables las opiniones de los expertos dan un criterio jurídico viable para el desarrollo de la investigación. Es por ello que mi investigación tiene dos conceptos; El contrato anticresis y las bienes muebles registrables
