Se empleó la encuesta como técnica y como instrumento un cuestionario que fue aplicada a una muestra de 150 ciudadanos. Obteniendo los siguientes resultados: el gobierno digital tiene un nivel de medio, bajo de 34% y la participación ciudadana presentó un nivel de 40% bajo. Los resultados inferenciales revelaron que existe relación entre las variables con Rho=605 y p=0.000. Del mismo modo, las hipótesis específicas de las relaciones entre las dimensiones del gobierno digital y la participación ciudadana, demostraron correlaciones bajas en la dimensión externa e interna y correlaciones considerables en la dimensión relacional y promoción con significancias por debajo de 0.05. Se concluyó que existe relación significativa entre gobierno digital y participación ciudadana de una Municipalidad de Lima metropolitana 2023.
