La metodología empleada fue una investigación descriptiva básica, con un enfoque cuantitativo y un diseño no experimental, la técnica utilizada fue la encuesta, y el instrumento que se utilizo fue el inventario de SISCO donde el resultado obtenido nos demuestra que el 78.33%(47) sufren de un estrés moderado mientras que el 18.33%(11) de estudiantes sufren un estrés leve y el 3.33% (2) sufren un estrés severo. En conclusión, los estudiantes de la I.E. Manuel Gonzales Prada sufren un estrés moderado.
