Se utilizaron para este tipo de estudio, documentos que el investigador recolecta, elige, examina y muestra resultados. Se organizó un proceso investigativo en donde la población de estudio se basó primordialmente en documentos escritos, artículos científicos y convenios, con el objeto de estudiarlos y construir conclusiones. Conclusión, el Estado peruano se encuentra en un proceso de adaptación entre sus políticas y normativa legal, para poder brindar mecanismos de acceso de justicia en beneficios y necesidades de la población y hacer defensa de sus derechos ambientales, para poner en marcha la normativa legal a fin de hacer la defensa de los derechos de los justicieros ambientales.
