description La presente investigación y documentación tienen como finalidad implementar un chatbot que cumpla la función de incrementar el conocimiento sobre seguridad electrónica en los usuarios que lo utilicen, adicional de brindar oportunidades a las personas que requieran aprender sobre este tema y no cuenten con la economía suficiente como para adquirir un curso, únicamente necesitarán un dispositivo con conexión a internet y podrán empezar el aprendizaje. Esto viene a estar apoyado con el crecimiento y desarrollo de tecnología actual donde permiten que lo antes mencionado sea posible debido a la inteligencia artificial, y al procesamiento de lenguaje natural o por sus siglas en inglés NLP, todo esto viene permitiendo que la comunicación entre hombre y computadora sea tan fluida y natural que quien lo use no pueda detectar que conversa con un bot. La intención de implementar este bot también se centra en la disponibilidad que puedan tener las personas interesadas, ya que en la actualidad existen tantos horarios de trabajo, estudios u otras actividades que hace que este sea un factor para que no puedan tomar un curso, este chatbot va a estar disponible las 24 horas del día logrando así tener un mayor alcance con los usuarios.
