description La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre Bullying y Autoestima en estudiantes de secundaria del distrito de Bellavista – Callao - 2016. La muestra estuvo conformada por 414 estudiantes entre las Instituciones Educativas San pedro y General Prado. Para medir estas variables se utilizó el instrumento Auto test de Cisneros y el Cuestionario de Autoestima versión escolar de Coopersmith. Los resultados revelaron que existe una relación inversa entre el bullying y autoestima, con una correlación de Rho de Spearman de -0.483, así mismo se observó que existe una relación inversa entre la violencia física y autoestima con una correlación de -0.363, del mismo modo entre la violencia psicológica y autoestima con una correlación de -0.492. También existe una correlación inversa entre el bullying y las cuatro áreas de autoestima, autoestima personal -0.462, autoestima escolar -0.259, autoestima familiar -0.415 y autoestima social -0.331
