La presente investigación contribuye en el ODS trabajo decente y crecimiento económico; asimismo tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la relación entre la gestión financiera y el desarrollo empresarial en las mypes en Los Olivos, 2023. Su metodología fue no experimental correlacional y la recolección de datos se realizó mediante un cuestionario. En los resultados se evidencia escasez de personal de alta capacitación y experiencia en finanzas como para gestionar adecuadamente los recursos de una empresa con el objetivo de tener crecimiento empresarial.
