Las principales conclusiones de la investigación demostraron que el grado de seguridad general de Móvil Bus, Tarapoto 2022 es "Bajo" para el 4% de los pasajeros, "Medio" para el 41% y "Alto" para el 55%. El bienestar del cliente fue calificado como "Bajo", "Medio" y "Alto", respectivamente, por el 3%, 49% y 48% de los encuestados. Se estableció un valor de correlación de Spearman de r= 0,513, que muestra una asociación moderada entre la seguridad completa y el bienestar del cliente, y el estudio encontró una relación entre los factores.
