En cuanto al objetivo que tuvo la investigación es Determinar la relación que existe entre las habilidades gerenciales y el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores en una municipalidad distrital de Chanchamayo – Perú, 2024. En este contexto, se empleó un enfoque cuantitativo, tipo de investigación aplicada, diseño no experimental, nivel correlacional. Con una población inicial de 99 colaboradores y una muestra de 79 colaboradores. Se utilizó de instrumento la encuesta con el cuestionario en la investigación para obtener información, la cual fue evaluada utilizando el software "SPSS". Los hallazgos mostraron un índice de correlación de Spearman de 0,877, indicando una conexión positiva alta entre las variables. Esto implica que un incremento en la implementación de habilidades gerenciales está asociado directamente con una mejora en desempeño laboral.
