Para la recolección de datos, se utilizó el cuestionario, con 12 preguntas para la primera variable y 8 para la segunda de acuerdo con la escala de Likert, luego de ello se procesaron las respuestas en el programa SPSS, y a su vez se eligió el coeficiente de correlación de Rho de Spearman, los resultados se presentaron mediante cuadros, resultando una correlación de 0.470, siendo así, una relación positiva moderada entre dichas variables. Además, resultó un nivel de significancia alto. Lo que se concluyó que se acepta la hipótesis alterna y se rechaza la hipótesis nula.
