Resultados: Las frecuencias de preeclampsia y obesidad fueron significativamente mayores entre las gestantes con parto pretérmino respecto a las gestantes a término (p<0.05); la frecuencia de ansiedad en gestantes con parto pretérmino fue de 71%; la frecuencia de ansiedad en gestantes con parto a término fue de 21%; la ansiedad es factor asociado a parto pretérmino en gestantes con una razón de prevalencias de 6.33 el cual fue significativo (p<0.05). Conclusión: existe asociación entre ansiedad y parto pretérmino en gestantes de Pacasmayo – La Libertad periodo 2023.
