La investigación tuvo como objetivo de determinar la relación entre el gobierno digital y la carga procesal. La investigación fue tipo básica, de nivel descriptivo correlacional, no experimental, y enfoque cuantitativo, cuya muestra fue de 259 usuarios. La técnica de recolección la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. Los resultados determinaron que el nivel de la variable gobierno digital y sus dimensiones es medio; igual manera el nivel de la variable carga procesal y sus dimensiones es medio. Concluyendo que, existe relación positiva moderada y significativa entre el gobierno digital y la carga procesal en un distrito judicial de la región San Martín, 2024, mediante el análisis estadístico del coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman se alcanzó un coeficiente de 0.642, y un p-valor igual a 0,000 (p-valor ≤ 0.01), aceptando así la hipótesis de la investigación, además, el coeficiente de determinación fue 41,21 % de variabilidad entre variables.
