Se tuvo una población y muestra 115 trabajadores, en cuanto a la técnica fue la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario aplicado a los trabajadores. Teniendo como resultado que la gestión educativa tiene un mayor porcentaje de 36% lo cual menciona una mala gestión educativa para el desempeño laboral y menciona un porcentaje 45%; haciendo mención que el desempeño laboral es malo. Concluyendo que existe relación entre las variables ratificando lo planteado en la hipótesis de investigación. Asimismo, el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman tiene un valor de 0.706 que indica una correlación positiva moderada.
