Por otro lado, la investigación se caracteriza por su enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, corte transversal y correlacional. Se trabajó con una muestra de 12 clientes. Del mismo modo, para la recopilación de datos, se empleó una encuesta y como técnica, utilizando un cuestionario previamente validado por expertos. Asimismo, se obtuvo un coeficiente de correlación de Pearson (r=0.935). Por ende, concluimos que hay una relación significativa entre la gestión logística y la competitividad en el contexto de esta investigación.
