La presente investigación fue de tipo básica, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño de investigación no experimental, transversal correlacional. La muestra se estuvo conformada por 163 colaboradores, al cual se realizó la administración del Inventario de Burnout de Maslach (MBI), adaptado por Llaja, Sarcia y García en el año 2007 y la Escala de Bienestar Psicológico (PWB) adaptado por Pérez en el año 2017. Se obtuvo como resultado una correlación de -.474**, una significancia de .000 y de tamaño de efecto de 0.224, es decir que, existe relación inversa y significativa entre la variable síndrome de burnout y bienestar psicológico, con tamaño de efecto mediano.
