La población fue conformada por 66 colaboradores, la muestra fue probabilística y muestreo simple aleatorio, conformada por 33 colaboradores seleccionadas en base a criterios e inclusión y exclusión. La técnica de recolección de datos fue de manera virtual y el instrumento conformado por 11 preguntas para cada variable elaborados conforme a la escala de Likert, que fue determinada por el juicio de cinco expertos y su confiabilidad establecida con el coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach de 95,2%. Los resultados obtenidos con el coeficiente de Pearson determinaron que existe una relación alta moderada, directa del 79,7% entre las variables antes mencionadas. La investigación concluye que la implementación del gobierno abierto en la Municipalidad mencionada contribuirá a elevar los niveles de transparencia y acceso a la información pública, fortalecer el mecanismo de rendición de cuentas, fomentar la participación ciudadana y desempeñar funciones públicas con integridad.
