El diseño de este estudio fue no experimental, con un estilo transversal y un enfoque de estudio cuantitativo, Se utilizaron encuestas de satisfacción sobre la intervención a Padres de Familia y Docentes de estudiantes con necesidades educativas específicas por parte de los profesionales intervinientes (DECE, UDAI y PAI), mediante el uso de la estadística descriptiva e inferencial se obtuvo la fuerte conclusión de que los encuestados demandan que los actores en mención deben aplicar herramientas de diagnóstico, psicoterapia y rehabilitación educativa en sus intervenciones.
