Por otro lado, tenemos el objetivo general, Determinar la relación que existe entre síndrome de burnout y aplicación de las medidas de bioseguridad en los profesionales de salud de un Hospital de Paita, él estudio es de tipo aplicado, con un enfoque cuantitativo de diseño no experimental. La población estuvo compuesta por 236 profesionales de salud. En base a los resultados se utilizó el coeficiente de Rho de spearman, donde se evidencia que el síndrome de burnout y aplicación de las medidas de bioseguridad tiene una correlación de 0, 413, lo cual indica que es directa y su grado es moderado. Se concluyó que existe relación significativa entre síndrome de burnout y universalidad en los profesionales de salud. así mismo Se encontró una relación directa entre síndrome de burnout y el uso de barreras protectoras. Mientras que, en el síndrome de burnout y medios de eliminación correcta de material contaminado no se encontró relación y por último, existe relación significativa entre síndrome de burnout y aplicación de las medidas de bioseguridad.
