description El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de agresividad en los niños de una Institución Educativa del distrito del Rímac, asimismo es una investigación de tipo básico, de nivel descriptiva, cuantitativa, de diseño no experimental y transversal. La población de estudio estuvo conformada estudiantes de una institución educativa del Rímac y se contó con una muestra 120 estudiantes de quinto y sexto de primaria de 11 a 12 años del sexo femenino y masculino. Para medir la variable se empleó el Cuestionario de Agresión (Agresión Questionnaire- AQ) de Buss y Perry, adaptada en Perú por Tintaya (2018). Se encontró 81% de los escolares alcanzaron un nivel medio de agresividad, asimismo se registró un 75,5% de agresión física en un nivel alto, un 73,2% de ira, 73,5% de hostilidad, el 58,9% de agresividad verbal en un nivel medio respectivamente. Se concluye el nivel de agresividad que predomina en los niños es el nivel medio, donde se ponen de manifiesto la agresión física, verbal, la ira y la hostilidad.
