En sus resultados, se determinó que mediante la implementación de un plan de SST se reduce el nivel de accidentabilidad en la empresa Ingenieros Edificantes en base de un valor de significancia de 0,043 demostrándose una diferencia significativa entre antes y después de la implementación del SST. Llegando a la conclusión, que con la aplicación del plan de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, permitirá la mejora continua de la empresa, además permite el incremento de la productividad al reducir los accidentes e incidentes, previniendo los riesgos, siendo razones por el cual debería revisarse de forma constante los procedimientos, para que así se garantice su correcto funcionamiento.
