En cuanto ala Metodología es una investigación descriptiva correlacional, la muestra de trabajo fue de (n=24 madres), para la información obtenida se utilizó un cuestionario tipo Likert, la validez del instrumento fue realizado mediante la prueba de concordanciadel juicio de expertos en la cual se obtuvo un valor de (0,88); la confiabilidad se realizó mediante el alfa de Cronbach con un valor de =0,93), la prueba de hipótesisfue obtenido mediante el estadístico R de Pearson (0,983) con un nivel de significancia de (p<0,05). Los resultados obtenidos son que existe relación entre elconocimiento y cumplimiento de loncheras saludables, en las madres del Colegio Inicial Nro. 172. En cuanto al nivel de conocimientos según beneficios es medio con un 56% (13) seguido de un nivel alto con un 32% (8) y bajo con un 12% (3).
