description El presente estudio tuvo como propósito lograr establecer la relación entre las habilidades directivas y la toma de decisiones en la Municipalidad Provincial de Carhuaz 2021, La metodología fue descriptivo, no experimental, correlacional, transversal estimando el nivel significativo en ambas variables de estudio. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó la encuesta y un cuestionario para ambas variables, la muestra fue aplicada a 41 colaboradores de la entidad de estudio, que fue validado previamente por expertos. Los datos se recolectaron por medio de la encuesta y fueron procesados mediante la estadística descriptiva, la confiabilidad se realizó con el coeficiente Alfa de Cronbanch, la comprobación de hipótesis se utilizó la Rho Sperman. Los resultados demuestran una correlación positiva modera. El estudio permitió establecer una asociación entre las variables directivas y la toma de decisiones.
