Los instrumentos empleados fueron: MBI construida por Christina Maslach y Michael Leiter en 1986 (para el cual se realizó una prueba piloto obteniendo altos índices de confiabilidad) y la Escala EMCO 10 elaborada en el 2008 y validada en nuestro país por el Dr. José Luis Pereyra Quiñones en el 2015. Los resultados indican que un 3.36% muestra niveles altos de Burnout, asimismo 60.50 % perciben un clima muy frío en la organización. Finalmente, no se halló relación entre el burnout y el clima de la organización.
