P. P. S. M. N° 60024 "San Juan de Miraflores" district, S. J. 2023, The sample was 30 students, the population was 100% of the sample, 30 students of 4th grade of primary school of the I.E.P.P.S.M. N° 60024 “San Juan de Miraflores”. The sample was random, not intentional. The technique used, the survey and the instrument, the questionnaire of questions. The results obtained were at the level of oral expression, it was good for the 4th grade students of the I. E. P. P. S. M. No. 60024 "San Juan de Miraflores" of the district of S.
