Los resultados del estudio nos señalan que, existe un mercado demandante efectivo que puede adquirir nuestro servicio, basada en los turistas extranjeros; con tendencia creciente, pero con altos riesgos que impiden su flujo internacional tal como se observa en tiempos de covid. El estudio de operaciones comprende el diseño de instalación en el ámbito rural por logística de recepción y traslado tanto terrestre como fluvial. El estudio organizacional expresa una microempresa con personal reducido y se va implementándose a medida que crece las ventas. El estudio económico muestra inversiones en activos fijos y de campo y un endeudamiento para capital de trabajo. La rentabilidad señala un VAN económico de S/. 7 685 600 millones y una TIR de 1 514%, y un índice costo beneficio de 47.00.

The results of the study indicate that there is an effective demanding market that can acquire our service, based on foreign tourists; with a growing trend, but with high risks that prevent its international flow as observed in times of covid. The study of operations includes the design of installation in the rural area for logistics of reception and transfer, both by land and river. The organizational study expresses a microenterprise with reduced staff and is implemented as sales grow. The economic study shows investments in fixed and field assets and indebtedness for working capital.
