El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo determinar la correlación que existe entre la inteligencia emocional y el estrés laboral en los docentes universitarios en la ciudad de Huancayo. Siendo la hipótesis afirmada ya que existe una relación inversa entre ambas variables y en sus dimensiones.
