description El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la relación entre el clima organizacional y el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la Municipalidad Provincial de San Román – Juliaca en 2023. El enfoque metodológico adoptado fue cuantitativo, utilizando un diseño de investigación aplicada y correlacional. La muestra consistió en 341 trabajadores de dicha municipalidad. Los resultados indicaron que existe una correlación entre el clima organizacional y el desempeño laboral. Se observó que el 24 % de los participantes mostraron desacuerdo, el 22 % estuvo de acuerdo y el 19 % estuvo totalmente de acuerdo con la actitud favorable hacia su desempeño laboral en la organización. En conclusión, se determinó que el ambiente interno de la organización tiene un impacto significativo en la manera en que los empleados llevan a cabo sus responsabilidades.
