description La presente tesis planteó el objetivo de determinar la relación existente entre la cultura tributaria y la deuda tributaria en los docentes de nivel secundario de la UGEL Huanta. Para el propósito la tesis siguió un enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental de tipo aplicada y nivel correlacional, de corte transversal. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 272 docentes de nivel secundario, y se utilizó el cuestionario. La investigación establece, con un nivel de confianza del 95% que existe relación negativa moderada (-0.629) entre la cultura tributaria y la deuda tributaria en los docentes del nivel secundario de la UGEL Huanta-2022. Es decir, que una disminución en la cultura tributaria de los docentes se asocia con un aumento moderado en su deuda tributaria. La limitada comprensión de los beneficios y sanciones fiscales, la complejidad en la determinación del impuesto a la renta, y la carencia de valores tributarios se relacionan con el incremento de la deuda tributaria.
