La investigación realizada es de tipo aplicada, el método es descriptivo, con un diseño tipo correlacional, para la muestra se consideró a los trabajadores del área administrativa; los cuales tienen conocimientos sobre el planeamiento tributario de la empresa, por tal motivo se encuesto por medio de un cuestionario para su análisis estadístico. Se concluyó que es de gran la importancia el planeamiento tributario pues se constituye como una herramienta de gestión que facilita la toma de decisiones oportunas, por este motivo se desarrollan los procedimientos y las etapas que se deben cumplir para optimizar el impuesto sobre la renta
