description El estudio actual desarrolla un Centro de Interpretación y Difusión del Agua en Arequipa, con el objetivo de fortalecer la cultura ecológica y reconectar a la comunidad con el río Chili. El diseño arquitectónico, situado en el distrito de Arequipa y busca sensibilizar a residentes y visitantes sobre la importancia del recurso hídrico frente al cambio climático. Se empleó una metodología descriptiva basada en entrevistas a expertos y fichas de observación arquitectónica. Los resultados muestran que los museos históricos de Arequipa carecen de infraestructura adecuada para una experiencia educativa completa, evidenciando la necesidad de nuevos espacios culturales. El proyecto plantea un circuito cultural vinculado directamente al río Chili, diseñado para mejorar la percepción del agua como recurso fundamental y promover su conservación en el contexto urbano y turístico actual.
