La propuesta de realizar un plan estratégico para la pequeña empresa dedicada al transporte de carga pesada TRANSCAAR, busca mejorar la gestión estratégica, delineando los objetivos y cuáles son las mejores acciones que deben llevarse a cabo para alcanzar dichos objetivos. De esta manera se facilita la gestión de la organización al hacerla más transparente, asignar políticas concretas a los diversos sectores implicados y permitir la evaluación en función del cumplimiento de las actuaciones especificadas. Esto genera coherencia entre las acciones que se realizan y las expectativas de la dirección, poniendo a la institución en relación con las necesidades del entorno.
