La metodología es de investigación básica o pura, con un enfoque cuantitativo de diseño no experimental y alcance descriptivo, por que describe los beneficios del régimen especial de contratación administrativa de servicios CAS a los trabajadores del poder judicial utilizándose las técnicas denominadas encuesta y entrevista estructurada y como instrumento el cuestionario. La población y muestra está conformada por 25 trabajadores contratados bajo el régimen especial de Contratación Administrativa de Servicios CAS, para el trabajo de recolección de datos se utilizó encuestas y cuestionario para medir el nivel de variable con su respectiva dimensión y fueron validadas con el estadístico alfa de Cronbach obteniéndose como resultado 0.853 que de acuerdo a nuestra tabla la confiabilidad es “Alta”. Que la mayoría de los trabajadores están de acuerdo con este tipo de régimen laboral.

Que la mayoría de los trabajadores están de acuerdo con este tipo de régimen laboral.The present investigation entitled "THE SPECIAL REGIME FOR ADMINISTRATIVE CONTRACTING OF CAS SERVICES IN THE JUDICIAL BRANCH OF THE DISTRICT OF TAMBOPATA-2020" aims to describe the special regime for administrative contracting of CAS services of the contracted workers of the Judicial Branch of the district of Tambopata- 2020. The methodology is basic or pure research, with a quantitative approach of non-experimental design and descriptive scope, because it describes the benefits of the special regime of administrative contracting of CAS services to workers of the judiciary using the techniques called survey and structured interview and as an instrument the questionnaire. The population and sample is made up of 25 workers hired under the special regime of Administrative Contracting of CAS Services. For the data collection work, surveys and questionnaires were used to measure the level of the variable with its respective dimension and were validated with the alpha statistic.
