description El presente proyecto de investigación pretende crear una nueva línea dietética de productos basados en la utilización de tres productos que aporten características dietéticas en la empresa Proinka Inversiones EIRL, estos cereales extruidos están exentos de agentes químicos , preservantes y libre de octógonos .Optándose por conveniencia elaborar productos que aporten nutrientes, vitaminas y minerales todo estos aportes unidos y diferenciados en tres productos dietéticos que ampliaran la cartera de productos de la empresa así como también la creciente demanda productos saludables en la ciudad del cusco propician el consumo de productos saludables los cuales puedan ser consumidos en cualquier momento del día. Donde podremos determinar las características de producción y comercialización los cuales implicaran el diseño, experimentación y desarrollos de prototipos con el fin de generar estrategias de marketing el cual pueda ampliar la participación de mercado a través de las redes sociales y llegar a un consumidor final.
