Como parte de la metodología, se tiene que la presente investigación fue de tipo investigación dogmática socio jurídico, de nivel descriptivo exploratorio y con un diseño no experimental de corte transversal, las técnicas utilizadas fueron realizadas y practicadas mediante el uso de los resúmenes, marcadores, encuestas, etc., logrando obtener como conclusión principal El Registro de Propiedad inmueble brinda una eficaz protección del Derecho de Propiedad, toda vez que el proceso de inscripción constitutiva, garantiza y respalda la seguridad jurídica en razón de que otorga mayor certeza y seguridad en las transferencias de la propiedad de un inmueble ante los Registros públicos, lo que significa la importancia de conocer los mecanismos del derecho de propiedad en el tráfico comercial que se desarrolla día a día por gozar de este derecho patrimonial que recaen sobre la propiedad de los bienes muebles y en este caso del objeto de estudio la propiedad inmueble.
